English Precise SMT mounting for LED modules. We attach high-performance LED chips to aluminum substrates via reliable soldering technology, featuring outstanding thermal conductivity, stable luminous consistency and low light decay. The whole workshop follows strict anti-static management to prevent static damage to delicate LED components

Optical Testing/R&D Laboratory

2.Optical Testing/R&D Laboratory

English Our in-house optical R&D lab carries out photometric testing, color consistency calibration and lighting simulation for LED wall washers. We use integrating sphere, goniophotometer and spectrum analyzer to test beam angle, light uniformity, CRI and RGB/RGBW color mixing effect before mass production. Custom optical lens development is supported

Structural processing/shell assembly

3.Structural processing/shell assembly

English We process die-cast aluminum and 6063 extruded aluminum housings, including CNC machining and UV-resistant powder coating. Heat sink, silicone sealing ring, tempered glass and mounting bracket are pre-assembled. All structural fits are strictly inspected to ensure IP66 / IP67 waterproof performance for outdoor applications.

English Specialized assembly line for architectural LED wall washers. Operators assemble LED modules, constant current drivers, DMX512 control boards and cables under standard SOP. Internal wiring is tidy and firm, and adjustable brackets are pre-installed to simplify on-site installation for lighting projects.

Quality inspection/waterproof testing

English Multi-step QC covers power aging test, high & low temperature cycle test, IP waterproof test, hipot test and DMX signal communication test. We simulate rain, humidity and temperature fluctuations to screen potential failures. Only fully qualified wall washers can proceed to packaging.

Packaging and warehousing

6.Packaging and warehousing

English Custom export packaging is available. Each LED wall washer is protected by foam and packed in color box or neutral box. Outer cartons are printed with specs, quantity and shipping marks. Finished products are stored in dry warehouse and delivered by sea, air or courier as required.
